When you moved into your home did it come with an instruction manual for the garden? Are you sure what to do for your garden each season? If you want to move a plant do you know how to best ensure its survival? These are questions we can help you answer.

If you are certain how to care for your landscape or have gardened for years but have run out of ideas or are struggling with an ongoing problem, we offer services to help.

Garden Prescription

Our goal is to take away the guess work and lower your stress level when it comes to looking after your outdoor spaces.

Mosaic Landscape Designs will come to your home and answer your questions. We will identify your plants, conduct a basic soil analysis and sketch out a new plan for one of two of your most troublesome planting areas.

One of the main elements of this process is to recommend ways to improve your soil health which will in turn improve the health of your plants.

At the end of this process the homeowner receives a report outlining all of this information, including a list of tasks to be taken-on each season.

Fees: $45 per hour

Garden Tutorial

Helping you develop your green thumb. That’s where the Garden Tutorial comes in.

We offer an on-site service designed to teach you the basics of caring for your own space – efficiently and effectively. Using only organic, environmentally friendly practices and products, we will provide you with information on how and when to transplant and prune your trees and shrubs and when to divide or transplant your perennials. A list of tasks by season can also be developed for your garden.

Fees: $45 per hour
